I tend to snack during the day. So, I started eating lighter dinners and more protein rich breakfasts. I love eating yogurt for breakfast but it lacks fiber, doesn’t keep me full long enough and can use more protein. When I add the Vanilla Bean pouch to plain yogurt, I get 15 more grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber and 0 sugar.
It tastes great and has become my new go to breakfast. I’m satisfied throughout the day and I am able to cut out junk food snacking.
