Levana Nourishments Menu
Putting in place Levana Nourishments has been, on par with my husband’s cancer treatment, my greatest project these past eighteen months, and quite possibly the most formidable undertaking in my life. It started with a catastrophic situation where my husband was fighting for his life and was getting dangerously depleted. This is just the kind of setting where I applaud myself for being so dogged: My obsession with nutritionally correct all-natural food did wonders for my husband, and gave birth to the Complete Natural Levana Nourishments Line. It looked as if my Nourishments had a mind of their own, and begged to travel far and wide, far beyond the confines of our home. Let the whole world know about your magic potions and help other people get well, my husband kept urging me as he steadily regained his strength on my steady Nourishments regimen.
I tinkered with my Levana Nourishments till I dropped, but I am very pleased with my results.

This post is my very first on our new Nourishments Site: Please bear with us while it is in construction. The idea for our Levana Nourishments Menu Sampling Event was simple but quite valuable to all diners that are on a special need diet, and this is what informed our menu:
- To introduce our products by themselves in simple drinks, both cold and hot Breakfast Blend, in three flavors: Vanilla Bean, Cocoa-Coffee, and Mixed Berry. And Soup Blend in two flavors: Mushroom Medley, and Garden Vegetable.
- To showcase them in very simple dishes, both hot and cold. Throwing them into a sauce, burgers, cookies, salads etc, where they can do their unseen magic, instantly turning the dishes into nutritional powerhouses. My Nourishments Blends being perfectly smooth, and all ingredients escaping detection completely, there is virtually no risk of balking at this or that ingredient: This is why they are so incredibly helpful and healing!
Levana Nourishments Menu
Vanilla Bean Shakes
Our Breakfast Vanilla Blend. 1/2 cup Vanilla Bean blend mixed with 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk, milk alternative, juice or water.
Mixed Berry Shakes
Our Breakfast Mixed Berry Blend. 1/2 cup Mixed Berry blend mixed with 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk, milk alternative, juice or water.
Our Breakfast Cocoa-Coffee Blend (Decaf, for everyone to enjoy). 1/2 cup Cocoa-Coffee blend mixed with 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk, milk alternative, juice or water.
Mushroom Medley Soup
Our Mushroom Medley Soup Blend. 1/2 cup Mushroom Medley blend mixed with 3-4 cups water and 1-2 tablespoons olive or toasted sesame oil, cooked on low flame for 10 minutes, and garnished with finely diced Shiitaki Mushrooms and Scallions.
Garden Vegetable Soup
Our Garden Vegetable Soup Blend. 1/2 cup Garden Vegetable blend mixed with 3-4 cups water and 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, cooked on low flame for 10 minutes, and garnished with finely diced Shiitaki Mushrooms and Scallions.
In a food processor, grind some salmon with canned tuna and sardines (all packed with fabulous Omega 3 oils), about 1 1/4 pounds total fish, onion, parsley, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup Garden Vegetable Soup Blend. Heat a little olive oil in a nonstick skillet, and shape burgers, any size you like, mini (for sliders) or regular size (for lunch size burgers). Cook the burgers about one minute on each side for sliders, a little longer for larger burgers. Serve hot or at room temperature, alone or with Chummus Tehina Dip (below)
Chummus Tehina Dip
In a food processor, process until smooth: 1 15-ounce can chick peas with its liquid, 1/2 cup Tehina paste, 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice (good quality bottled OK) and 1/2 cup Garden Vegetable Soup Blend. If it is too thick, thin with a little water.
Kale, Beet and Carrot Salad
In a food processor, shred a bunch baby kale leaves or regular kale leaves with center ribs removed, 2 medium beets, 2 medium carrots; slice 2-3 ribs celery and 6 scallions. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl, and toss in the dressing: 1/4 toasted sesame oil, 1/4 cup rice or cider vinegar and 1/2 cup Mushroom Medley Soup Blend. Don’t worry about leftovers. This is a sturdy salad and it will keep well a good couple days.
Mix in a bowl: 6 eggs, 1 cup milk or dairy-free milk of your choice, 4 shredded medium yellow or green zucchini and 1/2 cup Garden Vegetable Soup Blend. Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a large skillet, pour the mixture evenly in the skillet, cover and cook on a medium flame about 15 minutes, until the frittata is barely firm. Cut in wedges. Eat warm or at room temperature.
Brown Rice Noodles with Marinara Sauce
Heat 1 quart jar of your favorite natural tomato sauce and 1/2 cup to 1 cup Garden Vegetable Soup blend, and toss in 1 pound cooked noodles of your choice. Garnish with chopped basil and parsley, for a nice bright color (optional). Serve hot.
Chocolate Tehina Mousse
Melt in a small saucepan or in a microwave: 1 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup tehina paste, 1/2 cup Cocoa-Coffee Blend or Mixed Berry Blend, stirring until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and add 1 pound drained silken tofu and about 6-8 packets Stevia. Process a full minute. Pour into small individual serving cups, and chill until firm, a couple hours. Delicious the next couple days too. Makes 8 servings.
Add 1/2 cup Vanilla Bean Breakfast blend to your favorite oatmeal cookie recipe, or any cookie recipe. Proceed with the recipe as instructed. If you would rather not use sugar, use a dozen Stevia packets and proceed with the recipe.
My Levana Nourishments Menu has exceeded all expectations! I loved that our guests could not believe the dishes tasted so luxurious. yet were so incredibly simple and healthy. Levana Nourishments seems to work its magic instantly!
